We are open mornings and afternoons on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We are open Saturday (mornings only) and are closed on Thursdays. In the mornings we see clients who don't need to book an appointment. Our waiting room is open from 9.30 a.m. Our advisers start seeing clients at 10.00 a.m. We aim to see as many people as possible by 12.30 p.m. We see people in strict order of their arrival at the bureau and have a ticket system to ensure this. We are sorry when we are unable to take everyone who wants to see us and sometimes can offer a suitable afternoon appointment. On other days we have no alternative but to ask later arrivers to return on another day or try our telephone adviceline.
